weddingram is built on a single premise: your photos belong to you and no one else. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.
Account holders provide an email address and, optionally, a name when signing up. This is the only personal data we store for registered users.
Guests who upload photos or videos are not required to create an account. If a guest chooses to enter their name on the upload page, that name is stored alongside their contribution. No email address, location, device identifier, or tracking information is collected from guests.
Your email is used to authenticate your account, send transactional messages (password resets, payment receipts), and respond to support requests. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Guest names are stored only so couples can identify who submitted which photos when they download their gallery. They are not used for any other purpose.
Photos and videos uploaded by guests are stored on Cloudflare R2, a private object storage service. Files are not publicly accessible. Only the account holder who created the event can download the gallery.
Guests cannot view, browse, or access the photos uploaded by other guests. The gallery is sealed at the point of upload.
Your account and all associated galleries remain active for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all event data and uploaded files are permanently deleted within 30 days.
You can contact us at any time to request deletion of a specific event or your entire account.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate weddingram: Supabase for authentication and database, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, Resend for transactional email, and PayPal for payment processing. Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreement.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
